  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver business growth through the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, estimates, and responses to customer inquiries.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective proposal development processes, leveraging advanced systems and methodologies to manage estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation with accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and operations groups to ensure alignment on sales and operations goals across PAS (Green Field) and LSS (Brown Field/Migrations/Upgrades) segments for global and domestic markets.
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality proposals and estimates while promoting collaboration and excellence throughout the organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for proposal management.
  • Study RFQs and other customer documents/drawings to propose solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.
  • Estimate PAS/LSS equipment and services using relevant tools.
  • Identify third-party packages/equipment/buyout items and engage procurement to obtain vendor offers.
  • Engage with internal business units to obtain technical and commercial offers for identified packages/equipment.
  • Evaluate vendor and internal offers to select the best solution for the customer.
  • Complete a full proposal with required scope of supply/documents.
  • Respond to post-proposal technical queries/clarifications and update the proposal as necessary.
  • Prepare booking packages according to SOPs when projects are awarded.
  • Develop and share best practices within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases from Honeywell's portfolio.
  • Ensure proposal plans are prepared according to SOPs, including all resources, responsibilities, deliverables, and dates for all team members.
  • Lead large proposal teams to deliver successful proposals for multiple clients across various countries.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for proposal management and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft Office tools and other business applications.
  • Technically minded and an integrative thinker able to propose alternative solutions inside and outside the company scope.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
