Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Account Development Lead to join our team at Barco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the AV market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop key accounts in the region, building strong relationships with decision-makers and influencing their purchasing decisions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing programs and campaigns
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts, ensuring timely reporting and analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective

Requirements

  • 10-18 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in AV and UCC
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market presence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with an MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred
