Job Overview

Jio is seeking a skilled Cloud Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the cloud services market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for cloud solutions and services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for cloud solutions.
  4. Presentation of cloud services and solutions to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  5. Creation and presentation of tailored sales proposals, including pricing, deliverables, and implementation plans.
  6. Negotiation of sales agreements with clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
  7. Collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the cloud space to effectively position products and differentiate offerings.
  9. Maintenance of accurate sales records and reporting on sales performance and progress to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in cloud services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and familiarity with Private Cloud and public cloud business.
  • Skills:
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Certifications

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) can be beneficial but are not always required.
