Job Description Summary:
We're looking for a User Interface Professional to join our team based in Bangalore, working on a next-generation SaaS application on a Hybrid Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving real business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development life-cycle, staying up-to-date with new technologies to meet our constantly growing business needs.

User Interface Professional

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and build software applications to function across multiple platforms and technologies, working in a team environment.
• Use efficient coding to develop the aesthetics within a website or product, from layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts.
• Combine interface design concepts with digital design to establish milestones, encouraging cooperation and teamwork.
• Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers.
• Write code, test, and debug code on various platforms to comply with company standards.
• Perform technical analysis on both new and existing applications and their performance in multiple system formats.
• Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to enhance usability.
• Seek to enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company.
• Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user ease of use, incorporating the findings in the development.

Key Skills & Qualification:
Key Skills
• Proficiency in ES6+ and React, demonstrating a deep understanding of advanced concepts and best practices, including experience with Typescript.
• Good knowledge and understanding of CSR and SSR React apps, including experience with bundlers and package management libraries.
• Good understanding of DOM manipulation/traversing and React VDOM, with the ability to create efficient and performant UI components/pages.
• Demonstrated ability to translate intricate designs into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with React Hooks, emphasizing the ability to create reusable and modular code.
• Expertise in query and state management using React Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit, displaying a solid understanding of managing complex application states.
• Good working experience in effectively utilizing React Router V6+.
• Proficiency in utilizing package managers such as PNPM or BUN.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to finding solutions from reputable online forums, including GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Good Knowledge or working experience of Jest and Storybook.
• Strong experience in browser-based debugging and troubleshooting, equipped with advanced techniques to ensure optimal application performance.
