Tech Sales Strategy Director

We are looking for a sales expert to head our Tech/AI business division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with 7-10 years of experience in the IT/ITES industry, focusing on technology and AI-enabled solutions.
The role involves developing and executing a sales strategy to establish the Tech/AI vertical and achieve revenue, profitability, and market goals. Key responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, analyzing competitors, and refining sales strategies to enhance market positioning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with technical teams to create tailored, market-aligned solutions and leading product demonstrations to address client inquiries effectively. They will also develop marketing materials, coordinate campaigns to generate leads, and represent the vertical at industry events.
Salary: approximately ₹35 lakh per annum plus variable compensation. Based in Mumbai, this role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic team.
