Sales Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Director to lead our pre-sales function and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive pre-sales strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying new market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a pre-sales strategy that aligns with our revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Identify new markets and customer segments for potential business opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
- Lead the pre-sales team in understanding client requirements, creating customized solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demos.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on TechClinic's offerings.
- Support the Sales team in positioning TechClinic's solutions, demonstrating technical viability, and addressing customer concerns.
Team Management:
- Hire, train, and mentor a skilled pre-sales team capable of meeting the technical demands of the role.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and improvement, promoting professional growth within the team.
- Set performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to track the team's effectiveness and achievements.
Salaries and Benefits:
