Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Strategy Director to join our team at Lepton Software. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the IT solutions space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the government sector and experience in managing relationships with key officials, agencies, and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with SI and third-party vendors, as well as staying up-to-date on customer and market dynamics.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT solution/application sales is required, with a focus on government & railway industry clients. A working knowledge of GIS/software-based solutions and applications is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the IT solutions space.
  • Manage relationships with key government officials, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with SI and third-party vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date on customer and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solution/application sales.
  • Strong understanding of the government sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
