They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design workflows and processes that optimize recovery rates while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement debt collection strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with operations, legal, compliance, and digital teams to align strategies with organizational goals
- Work with tech teams to incorporate automation and AI-based tools into the collection process
- Ensure all strategies comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Identify and mitigate risks in the debt collection process
- Track and report on the performance of implemented strategies, including recovery rates and operational efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic roles within debt collection or financial services
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
