Job Opportunity: Client Acquisitions Specialist

The role of the Client Acquisitions Specialist is to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by collaborating with the sales team and tracking leads.

Responsibilities include conducting initial qualification of leads to assess their needs and potential, coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads, developing and implementing client engagement programs to maintain interest and build relationships, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Key qualifications for this role include strong verbal and written communication skills, a relationship-building mindset with a customer-centric approach, basic understanding of insurance products (desired but not mandatory), ability to multitask and manage time effectively, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

This position requires an individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be well-versed in the principles of relationship-building and customer service.
