Job Title: Property Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land suitable for our sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders to source new opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits, market analysis, and due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with our strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
