Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Gandhinagar / WFH

Reports to: HR Manager / HR Head

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across levels. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source and attract top talent using job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Negotiate salary and offer terms in alignment with internal compensation structures.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership review.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously with a focus on timely closures.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of relevant recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy background).
  • Exposure to bulk hiring / niche hiring will be an added advantage.
