Job Title: Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Sourcing and Screening: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks, and screen resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless interview process.
Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Headhunting: Identify and approach potential candidates who are not actively job-seeking.
Salary Negotiation: Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.
HOD Coordination: Work closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to keep them informed about the recruitment process.
Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
Sourcing Profiles: Source and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong networking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
Note: Local & Gandhinagar based male Candidates Are Preferred.
