Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talented candidates for multiple industries/businesses.
  • Understand business requirements and create role-specific hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate with the founder and business heads to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Support in setting up HR policies and performance management practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment / HR (agency or in-house).
  • Strong communication, people skills, and networking ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles/businesses simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and job portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
