  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Business Development:
      • Generating leads for new financial product distributors
      • Coordinating and conducting business opportunity sessions with existing and new partners
      • Assisting new partners to clear NISM exams
    • Client Management:
      • Providing training to partners on product availability
      • Preparing business development plans for partners and training them to achieve through joint calls and client meetings
      • Establishing strong relationships with partners and providing regular updates on products, solutions, and services
      • Ensuring knowledge sharing through regular partner meetings
