- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Business Development:
- Generating leads for new financial product distributors
- Coordinating and conducting business opportunity sessions with existing and new partners
- Assisting new partners to clear NISM exams
- Client Management:
- Providing training to partners on product availability
- Preparing business development plans for partners and training them to achieve through joint calls and client meetings
- Establishing strong relationships with partners and providing regular updates on products, solutions, and services
- Ensuring knowledge sharing through regular partner meetings
