About the Role:

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for promoting LED bulbs and lighting products to clients in Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering, complemented by post-graduate qualifications in sales and marketing.

  • This position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with customers and provide product knowledge.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales is preferred, although candidates with relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling LED bulbs and other lighting solutions to customers in Gujarat.
  • Bundling and promoting related services to increase sales revenue.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Post-graduate degree in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
