We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion through innovative lead generation, relationship building, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads via targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
  • Set appointments with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential customers using various sources
  • Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month and convert them into opportunities
  • Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory, daily plans to maximize phone time, and leverage CRM tools effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and utilize IT software, technology, and modern tools effectively in business development processes

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales in a B2B outbound environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in generating executive-level leads for Enterprise companies is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)
  • Proficient in using Sales Navigator, Email marketing, and Virtual conferencing tools like Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
