
Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager

Job Summary:
- Drive growth in the enterprise segment by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify business opportunities within large-scale merchants and strategic accounts, and develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet unique client needs and ensure favorable contract negotiations.
- Focus on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new enterprise merchants for business growth.
- Increase wallet share for existing portfolios assigned to you.
- Closure of commercial & contractual deals with merchant partners.
- Leads generation through liaison with channel partners for merchant sourcing.
Requirements:
- Solutions selling experience in payments, e-commerce, fintech, or technology-enabled commerce businesses.
- Merchant acquisition experience with deep understanding of the payments industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, aggressive selling skills.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
- Time management and organizational skills.
