Job Title

We seek a seasoned Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our key enterprise clients. In this senior role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring strong client engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Onboarding and Executive Reviews: Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Internal Representation: Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Executive-Level Discussions: Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Feedback Loop: Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
Requirements
  • Account Management Experience: 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Enterprise Relationships: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • IT Knowledge: Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Influence Senior Decision-Makers: Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Crm Systems: Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
