As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will be working closely with our founder on high-priority initiatives that shape our next phase of growth. This role combines strategic thinking with tactical execution to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic projects to drive business growth across APAC markets
- Run experiments to test adoption pathways for new products and services
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure execution speed and clarity
- Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and drive delivery
- 3–6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles
- Strong generalist with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Exposure to fintech/crypto a plus, but not mandatory
- Natural communicator and relationship-builder
