We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to drive client success and accelerate partnership growth.
- Handle 5-10 key client accounts.
- Develop executive relationships with clients' leadership.
- Manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and anticipated deviations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each account's business and key stakeholders.
- Achieve accelerated partnership and revenue growth, capturing new opportunities.
- Pitch relevant services to clients.
- Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Required skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for a software company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into strategy.
- Goal-oriented attitude with proactive working style.
- Proficiency in client interactions and closure of sales deals.
- Self-motivation and sales-oriented mindset.
