Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

We deliver a comprehensive service encompassing Search & Selection, Assessment & Transition Coaching (S-A-T) for C-suite level hiring. Our commitment spans 12-15 months, where we not only identify suitable candidates but also ensure their seamless integration into the client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top-level executives.
  2. Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates' suitability for executive roles.
  3. Administer psychometric assessments to the candidate, interpreting the report and creating a summary report for submission to the client.
  4. Day-to-day tasks involve consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing timely updates on the progress of hiring, sharing reports, maintaining client confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate, facilitating chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate, facilitating the transition coaching process over 6-12 months and ensuring the seamless integration of executives into their role and culture of the client organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidates.
  • Strong planning, follow-up and relentless execution skills.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in executive search is a must.
