Job Overview:
The Key Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice on equity investments and trading strategies.
He/she will stay updated on market trends and share insights to guide clients on portfolio strategies.
- Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation and conversion of prospects into active clients.
- Build a strong network to provide value-added services and maximize wallet share.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding with proper documentation and ensure KYC compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop a client acquisition strategy to identify and engage new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives.
- Nurture existing relationships by conducting regular reviews and suggesting tailored investment solutions.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Provide actionable market insights to clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
- Ensure that all transactions are executed accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Meet individual revenue targets through the sale of equity broking services, value-added schemes, and third-party products.
- Continuously seek opportunities to drive client activity levels and increase brokerage and sales objectives.
- Stay abreast of market developments, economic conditions, and corporate actions to provide relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic reports and contribute to market analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring a high level of risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and CRM tools.
