Client Success Manager

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful relationships between clients and the company. This involves aligning projects, executing strategies, communicating effectively, and managing key deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consulting: Provide insights and solutions that drive business growth for clients.
  • Business Development: Support client-facing teams in developing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key influencers.
  • Local HCP Targeting: Supervise local healthcare professional targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  • Pitch Preparation: Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including strategy preparation and participation in sales meetings.
  • Content Creation: Create, develop, and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
  • Scheduling: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using industry-leading tools.
  • Liaison Role: Liaise with client internal support teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from cross-functional teams.
  • Medical Integrity: Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide strategic support to teams using data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience:
  • 4-10 Years of Related Experience: In consulting or client services.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in spreadsheet software, project management software, word processing software, email software, and presentation software.
