
Executive Lead for Client Engagement

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 1–3 years of experience working in an advertising agency, with a strong understanding of both digital and mainline advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective project management throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Brief and coordinate with internal teams – creative, strategy, digital, and production – to develop and execute strategic campaign approaches based on client objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital and mainline channels, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure quality control before final delivery to clients.
- Prepare client presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries to provide transparency and visibility into campaign progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional client servicing skills.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency
- Proven experience in both digital and mainline advertising
- Exposure to campaign strategy, planning, and execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
