Technical Consultant with Japanese

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as a technical liaison between our organization and Japanese clients. This role requires strong proficiency in full stack development, project management, and effective communication in Japanese.

This position involves acting as a bridge between our team and Japanese client environments, supporting requirement gathering, project management, and project execution across digital solutions initiatives.

  • We need someone comfortable working with business requirements documents, system flow, and other technical documentation.
  • The ideal candidate will translate business needs into structured technical documentation for our development team.
  • They must act as a liaison between offshore and onsite teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities also include coordinating with technical leads, testers, and project managers to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Participation in the design, development, and deployment of web/mobile applications is required.
  • Supporting project management activities such as sprint planning, status updates, and issue resolution is necessary.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field. Experience in Full Stack Development, Agile/Scrum environments, and cloud platforms is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N3 Qualified and above.
