Job Summary:

This role is a crucial part of our team, supporting Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams while reporting to the Construction Engineering Manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar/Renewable Energy Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level technical support to installation companies, customers, and manufacturers (troubleshooting, problem resolution, RMA's).

The key responsibilities of this role include handling and logging all technical calls/emails, performing installation quality checks & collecting installer feedback, maintaining CRM records, prioritizing customer service/maintenance requests, escalating critical issues to the Construction Manager, and tracking post-installation smart meter applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support to installation companies/customers/manufacturers.
  • Handle and log all technical calls/emails.
  • Perform installation quality checks & collect installer feedback.
  • Maintain CRM records and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager.
  • Track post-installation smart meter applications.
