Job Overview

Coupa Consultant Job Summary

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients through Coupa P2P modules. The successful candidate will be a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Support: Provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
  • System Performance: Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Business Requirements: Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • User Access: Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Integration Support: Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
  • Upgrades and Testing: Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Documentation: Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Skills: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Coupa certifications or training.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge of ITIL practices.
