
High Net Worth Individual Client Acquisition Specialist

Findoc is seeking an accomplished professional to lead client acquisition and wealth management for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire new UHNWI and HNWI clients, creating tailored wealth management solutions to meet their unique financial needs.
- Promote and sell large portfolios, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and positioning Findoc's offerings as optimal solutions to their needs.
- Manage the sales process for large-ticket AIF investments, providing expert guidance on portfolio construction and diversification.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly meet with clients to review portfolios, discuss market trends, and suggest adjustments based on evolving financial goals and market conditions.
- Cross-sell a wide range of financial products to existing clients, maximizing business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals, and other staff members.
- Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service and meets client expectations.
- Recruit and onboard additional team members to expand the PCG desk and scale the business.
- Set clear performance goals for team members and provide regular coaching and development opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of various financial products, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds, and communicate their features and benefits effectively to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies, new investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Have hands-on experience with stock market trading, including an understanding of algorithmic trading and leverage this knowledge to guide clients in structuring their investment portfolios.
- Guide clients on risk management strategies, portfolio diversification, and wealth preservation techniques.
- Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
- Regularly track and report sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics to senior management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Ensure all client dealings and financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure that all wealth management strategies adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure the team is aligned with risk management protocols and well-informed on market volatility and client risk tolerance.
The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales, with a focus on UHNWIs and HNWIs. They will have a proven track record in selling large portfolios, AIF tickets, and managing high-value relationships. In addition to expertise in various financial products, they will have hands-on experience with stock market investments and algo trading. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent being an advantage. Strong sales and business development skills, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, are essential for building trust with clients and driving revenue growth. Leadership skills, with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating teams, are also crucial for success in this role.
