Job Summary:
  • The successful candidate will oversee volume hiring initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop targeted recruitment plans.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Head and works in conjunction with business leaders to drive business outcomes through effective talent management.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes for specific teams, ensuring seamless integration with the overall business strategy.
  3. A comprehensive approach to talent management will involve developing strategies for headcount planning, skill assessments, and experience requirements to meet client demands and optimize team productivity.
  4. The incumbent will provide expert recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, driving cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, as well as advising on interviewing protocols and assessment techniques.
  5. Owning the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial stakeholder buy-in to successful onboarding, this individual will drive multiple special projects and initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Masters Degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing people and leading high-performing teams
  • Extensive experience in HR data analysis and HR systems management
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and think strategically to drive results-oriented solutions
