We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-screening and engaging quality applicants, as well as coordinating participation in job fairs and developing contacts with colleges and other public organizations.

  • Pre-screen and engage quality applicants interested in working with us
  • Coordinate participation in, set up display, and work at job fairs
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in developing and maintaining contacts with colleges, alumni groups, consultancies, and other public organizations to find and attract quality applications
  • Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
  • Have good knowledge of using social media tools for hiring candidates
  • Help the organization in hiring candidates in a cost-effective manner
  • Create, maintain, and update online job ads as needed to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Review applications and screen applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
  • Perform virtual/non-virtual pre-screens and refer candidates for additional interviews within the organization
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates from various channels available
Requirements:
  • Graduate or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a high-paced environment
  • Experience in mass hiring for frontline customer service roles
  • Ability to effectively use ATS, job boards, and social media channels to maintain a healthy pipeline for active and passive candidates
  • Ability to build a social following and engage with followers in a professional manner
  • Well-organized and structured approach to work and meet or exceed deadlines and targets
