We are seeking a skilled Investment Portfolio Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation from High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and be able to build a qualified pipeline of investors for our Real Estate Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals to identify HNI clients interested in real estate investments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand investment appetite and suitability, educating them about the Real Estate Fund structure, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings for senior Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors to close opportunities.
  • Stay updated on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities and tailor outreach to HNI investor behavior and preferences.
  • Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system and provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement.

Key Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Exposure to HNI client acquisition, preferably with experience in Real Estate or Investment Funds.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a target-driven and persistent approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
