Key Financial Leadership Role

About the Job:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Business Finance Manager to join our team and drive profitable growth across the region.
  • This key leadership position involves overseeing pricing for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • The successful candidate will own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units and review financial performance monthly with senior leaders.
  • Responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Deliver actionable insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, go-to-market initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; track win–loss ratios and maintain financial models for decision support.
  • Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.
  • Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide finance analysts; build capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualified CA is mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
