This is a chance to work with a leading private equity firm as an Investment Analyst.

The organization majorly invests in companies operating in the consumer, technology, and healthcare services sectors.

About the Role

  1. Support the team in identifying new investment opportunities through industry research and market analysis.
  2. Analyze historical financial statements of the target company to identify key trends and insights.
  3. Conduct detailed financial analysis and benchmarking of performance versus budget and peers to inform investment decisions.
  4. Perform various financial analyses and interpret complex financial data/models to provide actionable insights.
  5. Track and manage the deal pipeline to ensure timely and effective execution of investment opportunities.
  6. Provide portfolio management support to ensure optimal returns on investment.

Requirements

  • CA/MBA with 3-4 years of experience in Big 4 FDD/Valuations.
  • Well-versed in financial analysis, accounting principles, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial models, transaction documents, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Working Environment

The successful candidate will be based in GIFT on-site and undergo onboarding/training in Mumbai for the first two months.
