About the Role:

The Group Finance Director will be responsible for leading the overall financial management of an organization, encompassing strategic planning, reporting, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

This leadership position requires a forward-thinking individual with exceptional business acumen, strong leadership abilities, and extensive expertise in corporate finance. The role involves collaborating closely with executive leadership to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement robust internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in M&A and international finance operations advantageous.
