Chief Financial Officers drive business success by creating and executing comprehensive financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure accurate predictions and informed decision-making.
    • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to leadership teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Accounts & Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Implement best practices in financial reporting and monitoring cash flow, working capital, and accuracy in financial management information reports.
  • Audit & Compliance:
    • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure timely closure and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to ensure seamless communication and adherence to regulations.
  • Taxation & Regulatory:
    • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments to ensure timely payment and adherence to statutory timelines.
    • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • Professional accounting designation as a Chartered Accountant
    • 10+ years' experience in senior-level financial managerial positions in similar industries
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
