Strategic Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team at Discoveries Quintessential. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Utilize rigorous cold calling techniques to establish relationships with potential corporate clients and drive sales revenue.
- Client Requirements: Understand client needs and tailor pitch services accordingly to close sales effectively.
- Business Residences: Gather travel requirements and pitch Company's Business Residences as a solution.
- Property Sourcing: Source properties for clients and prepare well-documented proposals that meet their requirements.
- Operations Support: Work with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met while getting Business Residences ready.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads for your region via various sources and channels.
- Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from onboarding clients to closing revenue deals and retaining repeat business.
- Account Management: Maintain monthly sales trackers and collect outstanding amounts from clients.
