As a Strategic Leadership Development Specialist with Harvard Business Publishing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering growth and transformation within our clients' organizations. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team, leveraging their expertise in leadership development to drive business impact.

Compensation

We offer a highly competitive annualized salary range of $135,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program, which may result in additional compensation based on individual performance and company goals.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clients Portfolio Development
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their leadership development challenges.
    • Design and deliver scalable, profitable solutions that meet clients' evolving needs, driving revenue growth and expansion.
    • Evaluate solution relevance and feasibility for both Harvard Business Publishing and clients.
  • Leadership Development Thought Leader
    • Represent Harvard Business Publishing's thought leadership by staying current on industry trends, research, and best practices in leadership development.
    • Leverage deep business acumen and knowledge of external factors to inform business conversations and consult with colleagues, clients, and prospects.
    • Innovate learning designs to address unique client challenges and create business impact, while delivering profitable growth.
    • Take ownership of professional development, staying up-to-date with key skills related to the current role.
  • Solution Architect
    • Collaborate across functions to sell, design, and deliver profitable, scalable solutions that meet clients' leadership development needs.
    • Diagnose gaps in leadership development and formulate solutions based on standard products and services.
    • Leverage understanding of learning technologies to advise clients on implementation strategies and learner needs.
    • Build engaging learning experiences aligned to identified objectives and designed to produce agreed-upon performance outcomes.
    • Encourage divergent thinking and facilitate candid dialogues about leadership development challenges and possible solutions with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of applicable experience in consulting, designing, and delivering leadership and management development programs.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in technology-delivered learning solutions, consulting, and professional services for complex learning solutions or working in a learning and development organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with collaboration and team leadership abilities.
  • Strong financial and business acumen skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment with approximately 10% travel requirement.
  • 4-year degree; graduate degree preferred.
