Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Innefu Labs Private Limited. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding opportunities with existing customers in the Philippines market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with expertise in AI, ML, and data analytics product lines. They will work closely with business analysts (BAs), pre-sales, and project delivery teams to develop proposals and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Philippines market.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  4. Work closely with business analysts, pre-sales, and project delivery teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate on proposal development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
  6. Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project timelines.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on AI, ML, and data analytics product lines.

Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
