About the Role: At Swan Energy Limited, we are committed to driving sustainable agricultural growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing plans to increase sales of fertilizers, organic manure, bio-pesticides, and bio-nutrients across Pan India. To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Khad/Fertilizer/Pesticides/Seeds/Agrochemical industry, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. You will also require a bachelor's or master's degree in Agriculture, which will enable you to provide technical expertise to the sales team and support the development of comprehensive sales strategies.

You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals, and overseeing field-level operations, including cropping seasons, pest and disease management, and farmer engagement. Your ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies to dynamic industry trends will be essential in driving business growth and achieving organizational revenue targets.
