We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve company objectives in India.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Heading sales of IT services / solutions to India geography
  2. Building sales pipeline and demand generation
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market
  4. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships to drive growth
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability metrics
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across various regions in India
  7. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the sales organization

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
