**Job Title:** Area Sales Manager

At JOBS n TA HR Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams, driving growth, and expanding dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and work closely with a team of sales officers to achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks.
  • Monitor the performance of each team member on a daily basis to ensure optimal sales outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable market data base to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Oversee demand generation activities with influencers and end-users.
  • Coordinate BTL activities within the geography to build brand visibility and salience.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least 50% marks and preferably an MBA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the building material industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to build customer relationships.
  • High result orientation, a "never say die" attitude, and good analytical ability.
  • Ability to lead from the front and build a high-performing team.

Compensation:

As per industry norms and experience, the package will include fixed and variable pay.
