We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling the sales and marketing activities of our Class III/Class D medical devices in synchronization with our business plans.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and international marketing activities, preferably in the manufacturing industry. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a fast learner, and able to adapt to new business environments. Additionally, they should be able to effectively manage customer relationships, possess proven problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
About the Role- Handle digital marketing activities, including regular updates on social media platforms, websites, and B2B portals.
- Analyze export-import data and generate sales leads accordingly.
- Prepare proforma invoices to customers with all necessary details.
- Explore potential business avenues to penetrate new markets and expand existing clientele.
- Analyze the latest marketing trends and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies.
- Guide, motivate, and lead the sales team towards achieving sales objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for existing and new products to ensure revenue growth.
- Maintain and submit daily, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales reports and records to the International Marketing Head.
- Bachelor's degree with distinction or MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Proven expertise in B2B sales and marketing activities of surgical consumables/medical devices/pharmaceuticals etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner and ability to adapt to new business environments.
- Effective management of customer relationships.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
