Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in BPO sales operations.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to lead a team of sales executives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor sales metrics and trends.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
