About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Sales Manager to join our team at Honasa Consumer Ltd.

Job Summary

The Operational Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all new joiners receive comprehensive training within the first week of joining, and that all sales force personnel have access to effective tools to deliver their job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance field force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Trade marketing and GTM functions to execute plans in the field.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to frontline sales teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in GT sales, with some background in training/capability building/GTM.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Proficiency in MS Powerpoint.
  • Able to work comfortably with minimal supervision, with a minimum of 15-18 days in the field.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience, along with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
