Strategic Brand Leader for E-commerce Success

About the Role:
As a seasoned brand leader, you will drive the success of our e-commerce business by focusing on five core areas: product selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team at Amazon, where we value diversity and inclusion. Our ideal candidate shares our passion for serving customers and has experience in building strong relationships with brands.
You will be responsible for identifying selection gaps, tracking the brand's offline catalogue to ensure all relevant products are available on Amazon, and working with the category management team to create a marketing calendar based on vendor objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas in a fast-paced environment. They will be entrepreneurial, confident in making data-driven decisions, and able to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Selection: Identify selection gaps and ensure continuous availability of products.
- Demand Generation: Responsible for demand generation and working with the category management team to create a marketing calendar.
- Business Advice: Support participation of brand in Amazon programs.
- Catalogue Quality: Ensure the best input from the brand is updated for customer interface on Amazon Detail Pages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
