As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve success and grow their businesses. With your expertise, we aim to create long-lasting relationships built on trust, transparency, and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer onboarding experiences that set the tone for a successful partnership
  • Owning customer relationships, making them successful, and fans of BiteSpeed
  • Tracking product adoption and ensuring customers get maximum value from our platform
  • Becoming a trusted product advisor for our customers, providing guidance on how to get the most out of BiteSpeed

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B customer onboarding, managing customer success & support at a SaaS startup
  • You genuinely like helping people and making them successful
  • You care about delivering a service experience that parallels a Michelin star Italian restaurant
