Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving customer retention, upselling, and expansion revenue while delivering exceptional service experiences that meet our high standards.


Responsibilities
  • Own customer relationships and drive long-term success through strategic account planning and regular check-ins
  • Monitor product adoption and ensure customers are getting maximum value from our solutions
  • Become a trusted advisor for customers, providing expert guidance on maximizing their ROI
  • Manage cross-sell opportunities for new products and renewals, driving expansion revenue at an account level
  • Develop and implement scalable customer success strategies to support our growth ambitions

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success and support at an SMB SaaS startup (or equivalent)
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
