Customer Success Expert for E-commerce Brands

As a Customer Success Expert at BiteSpeed, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, track product adoption, and provide actionable insights to drive upsells and expansion revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B customer onboarding, managing customer success & support at a SaaS startup. You should possess a genuine interest in conversations with people from diverse backgrounds, a strong ability to empathize, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of ₹18-22 lakhs per annum, generous equity (ESOP), health insurance cover, work-from-home budget, quarterly offsites, cult fitness membership, unlimited leaves, and salary in advance.
