Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing customer success & support at an SMB SaaS startup and be passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences.

The role involves owning customer relationships, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform, and driving upsells and expansion revenue. As a trusted product advisor, you'll help customers navigate our features and provide actionable insights to inform our product roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Owning customer relationships and driving customer adoption and retention
  • Ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our platform through effective onboarding and ongoing support
  • Developing and executing growth strategies to drive upsells and expansion revenue
  • Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders to inform product development and improvement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
