Amazon, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork, is looking for a talented Strategic Program Manager to lead as a single-threaded leader in driving seller success for newly launched sellers through the SSR channel.

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial leader with a strong work ethic, who is customer-obsessed, flexible, smart, and analytical. The ideal candidate will have a strategic yet execution-focused mindset and be passionate about e-commerce.

The Senior Program Manager will define and execute the strategy to enable early success for newly launched sellers. This will involve analyzing past and current trends in a fast-paced business environment and working closely with the wider team and partner teams to drive execution on the defined strategy.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • IDentifying and analyzing data to isolate issues, drive improvements, and prioritize competing program opportunities
  • Setting up performance mechanisms, tracking performance, and managing through obstacles to achieve objectives
  • Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis, and linking to specific improvement areas
  • Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities across stakeholders
  • Driving adoption of internal mechanisms and seller-facing tools that drive long-term benefits
  • Gaining support for the strategy from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
  • Excellent structuring and writing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA from top-tier universities
  • Passionate about people and customers; believes a service can only be as good as its customers believe it to be
  • Data-driven with the proficiency to make the right decisions in a complex, fast-changing environment
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity and independently determining the charter of the area assigned
  • Experience in a results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions
  • Strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, or process operations would be an advantage
  • Exposure to data reporting tools like SQL

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
